Knowledge of mechanical seals, gaskets, and bearing fits essential.

Operate manual lathes, mills, and drill presses to fabricate and modify parts.
Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring tools.

Assist customers in selecting appropriate electric motors and related products.
Provide accurate and timely information on product specifications and availability.

Diagnose and repair electric motors, including bearing replacements and shaft alignments.
Proficiency in using test equipment like meggers and multimeters.

Rewind and repair AC/DC motors to original manufacturer specifications per EASA standards.
Experience with coil winding and insulation techniques required.
